1、Open the inlet and outlet valve of the middle pump and the main pump to 

   ensure the inlet and outlet of the circulating cooling water is normal.

2、Close the drain valve of the buffer tank of the water flushing pump and 

   start the water flushing pump. After normal operation (the noise with 

   balance from the motor and pump), slowly open the valve on the front 

   stage flush pump bypass pipe and the Roots vacuum pump intake valve.

3、After the system pressure reaches the allowable inlet pressure set 

   by the intermediate pump, the intermediate pump will start. 

   If the automatic control gear is used, directly to the automatic 

   control gear and the starting process of the unit will be automatic.

4、For manual control, start the main pump after the intermediate pump outlet 

   pressure reaches the allowable inlet pressure of the main pump.
