What is the PVD technology

PVD-physical vapor deposition: the process of transferring atoms 

or molecules from source to substrate surface by using physical processes 

to achieve material transfer. Its function is to make some particles 

with special properties ( high strength, wear resistance, heat dissipation, 

corrosion resistance,etc.) sprayed on the lower performance of the parent, 

so that the parent has better performance.

PVD basic methods: vacuum evaporation coating, sputtering coating, 

ion coating(hollow cathode ion coating, hot cathode ion coating, arc ion coating, 

reactive ion coating, radio frequency ion coating, DC discharge ion coating).  

PVD technology is a kind of ion coating technology with high technology 

and widely used in the world. It has the characteristics of uniform density, 

strong adhesion, good coating performance, fast deposition speed, 

low treatment temperature and wide range of coating materials.

 PVD coating process is a glow reaction in ion filed at high temperature 

and which is also a high purification process. 

The coating main raw material is titanium metal, which is the most affinity 

with human skin. This titanium metal makes PVD product itself has 

the pure performance of environmental protection.
